Fried Kibbah (Koupes) Past: For every 8 oz. ground beef or lamb and 16.0 oz. bulgur wheat, use 1.50 tbsp. of seasoning.

Baked Kibbah (Koupes) Past: For every 8 oz. ground beef or lamb and 8.0 oz. bulgur wheat, use 1 tbsp. of seasoning.
