How To Make CHICKEN SHAWARMA Using TAHOON - SHAWARMA CHICKEN SEASONING;

Chicken Shawarma is basically grilled chickens breast that is usually marinated for 24 hours with heavily warmed and flavored chicken shawarma mix seasoning, then it’s grilled and cooked on a long revolving skewer and it is shaved into slices. Then it’s flavored with Tahini sesame oil and pickles and usually chicken shawarma is filled on pita bread sandwiches or wrapped in wheat tortilla. Additionally, chicken shawarma can be served with delicious side dishes such as; Hummus, Baba Ghanoush, salads, French fries, white rice or yellow rice..

Shawarma Chicken Seasoning is a mix blend of many spices, and it’s a popular mix spice in the Levant Eastern Mediterranean region, where it is typically used to season and flavor chicken meat. Middle-Eastern food is phenomenal, those of you who have taken the time to explore the various cuisines of the Middle-East will agree.

Chicken Shawarma can be prepared and cooked at home by slicing the chicken breast into small slices and season it with Tahoon – Shawarma Chicken Seasoning as recommended below and cook it in a stovetop pan.

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb.       Chicken Breast

1 tbsp.   Olive Oil

2 tbsp.  Tahoon - Shawarma Chicken Seasoning  Add To Cart 🛒

¼ tsp.    Salt - to your preference

Definitions:

lb.:      Pound

tsp.:   Teaspoon

tbsp.: Tablespoon

DIRECTIONS:

STEP 1

Place the chicken breast on cutting board and start slicing it into small and thin slices using sharp knife, slices should be thinner than chicken Fajitas cutting - about ¼ inch (quart of an inch) wide and about 3 inches long.

STEP 2

Put the slices chicken breast into a bowl and add 1 tbsp. olive oil on top, and mix it well together, sprinkle 2 tbsp. Tahoon - Shawarma Chicken Seasoning or (season as desired) then sprinkle ¼ (quarter) tsp. salt or (to your preference) on top and mix it all well and cover it and let it marinate for 10 to 15 minutes

Do NOT Refrigerates the seasoned chicken shawarma after marinating.

STEP 3

Grab a frying pan and turn the stove up to high heat and let it sit for 5 minutes before adding the slice chicken. After the 5 minutes, adjust the heat to low, then add the slice chicken and begin to stir it with spoon until the chicken produces a juice.

STEP 4

Cover the pan and keep on low heat until the juice dries. Once its dries, lift the lid and begin to fry it with its own chicken grease for about 10 minutes. Then your chicken shawarma dish it is ready to serve. Enjoy!
