How To Make B.B.Q. CHICKEN THIGHS or LEGS RUB Using TAHOON - B.B.Q. CHICKEN RUB SEASONING;

B.B.Q. Chicken rub is a popular meal of tender breast or thighs or legs chicken pieces and heavily warmed and flavored with barbecued chicken rub spices then it's cooked on grille, and it can be served with delicious sides of big potato or mashed potato and mixed barbequed (b.b.q.) vegetables, white rice or yellow rice. B.B.Q. chicken rub is one of the world's most popular foods, but especially popular in North America.

B.B.Q. chicken thighs or legs dish paired with Tahoon – B.B.Q. Chicken Rub Seasoning and it will be hard to resist the savory aroma that hits your nose when you use it.

Tahoon - B.B.Q. Chicken Rub Seasoning is a of six spices that contains allspice, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, black pepper, mustard in addition to onion, garlic which it will adds depth and flavor to the barbeque (b.b.q.) chicken thighs or legs dish.

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb.          Chicken Thighs or Legs

1 tbsp.      Olive Oil

1 ½ tbsp.  Tahoon – B.B.Q. Chicken Seasoning  Add To Cart 🛒

1 tsp.        Salt - to your preference

Definitions:

lb.:        Pound

tsp.:    Teaspoon

tbsp.:  Tablespoon 

DIRECTIONS:

STEP 1

Place chicken thighs or legs into a bowl, sprinkle ½ (one and half) tbsp. Tahoon – B.B.Q. Chicken Rub Seasoning or (season as desired) on top of chicken thighs or legs then sprinkle 1 tsp. salt or (to your preference) on top and mix it all well and cover it and let it marinate for 10 minutes before barbeque (b.b.q.).

Do NOT Refrigerates the seasoned chicken after marinating.

STEP 2

You can use kitchen grill pan or outside grill to cook it.

- Kitchen grills pan steps:

Preheat the kitchen grill pan and leave it to warm for few minutes and then grease the grill pan with little olive oil using brush and immediately start placing the chicken thighs or legs on the pan, then set the heat on medium and keep the chicken thighs or legs cooking on one side for a few seconds, then began flipping it on the other side for few second, keep flipping the chicken thighs or leg until the its cooked to your preference, then your barbeque chicken thighs or legs rub dish is ready to serve. Enjoy!

- Outside Grill steps:

 

Preheat the outside grill, use a fine grill grate if you can (it will make it much easier to cook). Start placing the chicken thighs or legs on the grill and keep it grilling on one side for a few seconds and then began flipping it on the other side for few second, keep flipping the chicken thighs or legs until it’s cooked to your preference, then your barbeque chicken thighs or legs rub dish is ready to serve. Enjoy!
